Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park, an IHG Hotel

The location is perfect, just 5 minutes away from business bay metro station and one station away from Burj Khalifa. Nice view from the window (room 203). Clean and comfortable room. Ibrahim, from the staff is so nice and responsible as well as other staff members. Really enjoyed to stay there. Breakfast is good but have had better and more variety. Great value of money

We were having problems with the previous booking but Holiday Inn really reversed it all. The front desk people were so nice and very accommodating. The people in the restaurant were very professional, accommodating and will make you feel very special.

The location is perfect , close to metro station Business bay, max 15min walk Nice area, other side towards Hilton hotel you see the canal, you can walk there in evening Good price quality, good breakfast Nice rooms, pillows, airco, free bottles water, quiet in the rooms. Hotel is very near to all tourist destination, metro is just 5-8 mins walk only. I like the staff, there very helpful. If you will need anything in the hotel they will try there best to accomodate you. Thank you to housekeeping for giving us what we need and cleaning our room nicely, the receptionist whom are very welcoming when you enter in the hotel also specially to the hotel restaurant who’s giving us a very tasty and really nice breakfast the head chef are nice his very responsible to his department, welcoming the guest when we enter is thumbs 👍up his focusing not only the food but also watching and asking the guest if everything is ok and if you enjoy the food. Overall you its all worth it we will surely comeback.

Good breakfast as always with holiday inn hotels, brilliant location it was central and close to metro, taxis were also available. We had an opportunity to utilize the free eye screening and purchased glasses which were delivered seamlessly. Had issues with the level at which the rooms were cleaned but this was attended to by house keeping with urgency. Very friendly staff, restaurant, reception, house keeping , security they made us feel at home. We requested for early check in and late check out and these were arranged by the hotel and that’s what we call ‘excellent service’
