Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park, an IHG Hotel

The location is perfect , close to metro station Business bay, max 15min walk Nice area, other side towards Hilton hotel you see the canal, you can walk there in evening Good price quality, good breakfast Nice rooms, pillows, airco, free bottles water, quiet in the rooms. Friendly staff Great service

- Very conveniently located close to the center of town, yet not in the middle of the din and bustle of it. - Very clean and well kept. - Decent breakfast option with a fairly decent selection of food. Great, in fact for the price paid. - Very effective air conditioning in the room. - Anees at the front desk was very efficient and polite. Helped me with both my check-in and check-out and was very open to feedback that I provided.

Good breakfast as always with holiday inn hotels, brilliant location it was central and close to metro, taxis were also available. We had an opportunity to utilize the free eye screening and purchased glasses which were delivered seamlessly. Had issues with the level at which the rooms were cleaned but this was attended to by house keeping with urgency. Very friendly staff, restaurant, reception, house keeping , security they made us feel at home. We requested for early check in and late check out and these were arranged by the hotel and that’s what we call ‘excellent service’

The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, Althea. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and ensured that my check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Althea’s welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is well-suited for an overnight stay. The location is excellent, being just a 5-minute walk to and from the metro station, making it convenient for commuting. Despite being centrally located, the area around the hotel is quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Additionally, the view of Sheikh Zayed Road from the hotel is quite impressive.

I really enjoyed my week-long stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dubai Sada Park. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes' walk from Business Bay metro station, from where it's possible to reach many of Dubai's most popular attractions. My ground-floor room was very clean, quiet and well-equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV, fridge, safe, desk, small sofa and an enormous bathroom. The buffet breakfast included in the price was very varied with every type of food and drink you would expect, both hot and cold. The cheerful  hotel staff were always exceptionally courteous, respectful and helpful, which made my stay a particularly pleasant one. Highly recommended.
